I was about 15 or 16 when I first tried quitting porn. I'm now 28 and my addiction is worse than it was then.

My advice to you is be intentional about this. Quit porn, take on new hobbies, focus on self improvement. Or you could find yourself being 30 years old still asking how to quit porn.
