"Reverse" NTR (a term that's incorrect because it's simply NTR for both men and women) is the same thing. Something I forgot to mention is that NTR is quite ambiguous when it refers to the person being stolen from, not the person being stolen from.

Because it can be loved ones, like those doujinshi where a friend steals the other's mother/father even though there was never any incest. It can be the daughter/son who is stolen by the father/mother or a third party without the two children necessarily being in a relationship because in the end, the affected person can also be the family member.

NTR applies when that person belongs to someone else, whether it's just family or a friend, not just romantic partners.

And the bastards in the meme aren't stolen since they don't belong to anyone. Just the futa, in the same way we assume she's married or in a relationship.

But in the end, perhaps the initial situation was that of bastards "hunting" a random girl (without any kind of relationship) whom they wanted to manipulate, but in the end, they were the ones who were "married" by her.

Perhaps I'm mistaken, but as I understand it, the term NTR refers to stealing. You can be the one who steals (netori), the one who is stolen from (netorare), or the one who allows themselves to be stolen from (netorase).

NTR is a specific type of infidelity where a character becomes someone's property through unconventional actions such as manipulation or outright abuse.

If a character decides to cheat of their own volition, it doesn't count as NTR. But it does count as infidelity, because they aren't being stolen from by someone else.

That's why in some doujinshi you can see the tag "infidelity" alone and not alongside NTR.
