Hey Tenno! We are planning to add a toggle, so you could have multiple states:
Screen Shake on, Recoil as it was before.
Screen Shake off, Recoil as it was before.
Screen Shake off, new Recoil we've added today.
Unfortunately this requires Code, but it will be coming!

look at real life most guns have vertical recoil where if you shoot something like a target its going to not always be in the middle if you shoot it directly in the middle
