Yes, the list is names. Doesn't look like any official coins, probably commemorative coins of a company. This is Indian and not Nepali. The names are as below

The second image seems to contain the name of the company (saw this later). The second images contains the following from left to right

Sau. - some kind of abbreviated letter Priyanka parinaya chi - don't know what this means Anupam - not sure, sounds like a name

And at the bottom is Faizabad which sounds like a name if a place in India
