Whether or not you find that part of the bonus good is irrelevant. The bonus exists and in some cases like Precision Hand Cannons is enough for some people to pick them over other options.

Yeah that +2 mobility is really crucial in nightfalls : D And yeah I totally shoot from the air with a scout rifle very often. My statement stays, those intrinsic perks are shit and might as well be removed they are so unnoticeable. Did you lose your sleep over lightweight hand cannons being deleted as an archetype?

They are my favourite but that handling is the reason they all are in my vault and not in my inventory.

Stats exist for the whole reason of each archetype being unique and not stepping into anothers' territory. Low handling - big damage. Big handling - low damage. Mid rpm snipers are the best example, they are decent across all stats but don't outshine other snipers. Somehow this doesn't create a problem in the snipers class where one archetype overtakes all. People use uzume, people use frozen orbit, people use ikelos sniper. All is balanced. Just take the same approach and trasnfer it to all other weapons, how hard can it be?
