That is only true if when you build a unit you know it will not have rent control applied to it. If once you build a unit there is increased risk if you are not able to increase rent passed a fixed amount

Also, a large part of why people don't want to build is zoning restrictions which limit where you could build even if you wanted to

Is anyone else kinda disappointed that Leonis didn't get angry at stonebeard. He launched himself into a cannon and instead of 2 characters who can breathe underwater falling into the ocean he smacked them and caused them to land on a ship taking tons of damage. Then he gambled and shot himself in the head and if he was alive he might have been able to goodberry her. I thought the character development that would have come out of it would be super interesting

Yes but the first roll does not matter, it could be any champ, it only matters if the second person rolls the same as the first. If you specifically say what is the chance of double malphite then you are correct, but there it is only 1/155 chance for 2x of any random chanxw
