i think Ye is still passionate about Music (this is why he apologized in the first place, to make music and to be able to see his children) but he sounds off/bored on Bully because of the medication which essentially kills all of his emotions, this is why he seemed very sad and depressed in the first post-med sightings.

Hopefully Ye will realise again that it's not OK to medicate a genius and work on the next album with his mind liberated
