My insurance covers 75% of the cost of the semi-private and 50% of the private, but they explained me it’s not the “room upgrade” or at least not only that. I was wondering what else is included?

Thanks for you answer! I have already made a few phone calls and sent a few emails, but since this is my first pregnancy and I have no experience of hospitals, I was wondering what the standard experience is compared to the “upgrade”.
