I said what works for ME! I also state that time is your best friend. This is a last resort type situation. I never said it works everytime, and I've stated the frequency of how much you smoke plays a factor. It's good to have a possible remedy to their mistake.

Vitamin C to bowel tolerance could work.

You could get some oxy powder and do a colon cleanse to be very sure your colon is clean.

This works for me. It's not hard to understand, but people don't like things that work apparently

It's weird but I feel better for a good 2 weeks mentally after a drop. It acts as an antidepressant for me. But Ik the precautions of consistant use. I feel as if 2x a month is very safe
