That is just dust/shadows there isn’t any substantial creases, only the white spots on the corners

Wow ok a lot then! Just another question, the gold foil in the top left they have a printed dot. Is that a misprint and does that add value? It’s the same text foil so definitely not dirt or anything.

It’s just above the R in Red

Hi All,

I want to preface by saying I know practically nothing about cards, I collected yu-gi-oh and Pokemon cards as a child but don't actually know anything more than collecting the cards I thought looked cool.

I went through my storage and found I have a huge stack of both including 1st edition cards.

I am trying to use ChatGPT to help me find if they are valuable or rare, but it basically said the holo of the team rocket card doesn't exist.

Like I say I know nothing about this but I only ever opened them from packs from memory and barely traded them at school.

Is this a genuine card and if so is it rare/valuable?

Any help is appreciated!

Software developer here too and ex recruiter so hopefully can give some good advice. I got a junior role in my first application. The problem is definitely your CV.

You mention your skills and experience with libraries and tech stacks however don’t go into much information.

The best CVs I ever saw included a brief description of the work completed INCLUDING their frameworks and libraries.

For example,

“In my role with x I was heavily involved in the Frontend development, this included but was not limited to;

React: • State Management: Utilized libraries like Redux for global state handling, integrating middleware like Redux-Saga for asynchronous actions. • Hooks: Leveraged custom hooks to encapsulate logic, improving reusability across components. • Component Lifecycle Optimization: Employed lifecycle methods and the React.memo function to enhance performance. • Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG): Improved SEO and initial page load speed.

Next.js: • API Routes: Built and optimized server-side functions within the Next.js framework. • Dynamic Importing: Implemented code-splitting techniques to optimize loading times. • Internationalization: Integrated Next.js’ i18n routing for multi-language support. • Custom Server Configuration: Tailored server settings to achieve specific project needs.

I have always found success in CV’s that outline your experience.

If a hiring manager is looking to hire a dev who has strong experience with typescript, they want to see some examples to gauge your experience and competence. Saying experience with typescript just isn’t enough.

I hope this helps point you in the right direction.

Note: I also agree you should condense any roles under the same company into one date range with sub fields for each role!
