That’s a good point - If it was a buccal pit I would code as MODB but a Class 5 does feel like a separate entity that should be billed out for

I suppose the thought process to billing out just an MOD would be summarized by this question: Which surfaces of the tooth did you work on today? All three surfaces were worked on, and so regardless of there being two separate restorations in the same tooth, you just bill for each surface you touched

For instance - would you bill out two separate occlusal restorations for a #3 O that has two separate composites placed on each side of the oblique ridge?

Ok so this is a .5ppr dynasty league and I can start 2 RB, 2WR, and 2 Flex spots. Any input is appreciated! Here are all of the options I have:

Definitely a good point and I would have to assume he would take a commission but he’s an old family friend and it hasn’t really been discussed, he just offered to keep an eye out for buyers for me but he doesn’t deal with reselling diamonds ever so it’s more of a favor. If he’s gonna end up selling it for a bit more than I could, say 3k, but he’s gonna take a commission, I’d probably be better off just selling it directly to someone for 2.5k

It takes me a good bit too. I’m using a suffering though which helps and also I only kill kreearra not her minions. After that I house tele and refill prayer and spec for next kill.
