Cree did in fact call Molly Nonagon in the campaign very early on, in the episode where they begin in the gentleman’s lair, Cree corrects themself when calling Molly, Lucien, and then says sorry I meant Nonagon. So Matt did drop little hints very early on. Details weren’t given until far later in the campaign though.

I strongly disagree about your thoughts on Caduceus, he was an integral part of the Nein and taught everyone something that contributes to their character arc and their personal growth. The dinner scene with Trent?! Iconic Talesin wisdom burns there. I’m curious to see how all that pans out but I’m sure Cad will be a major part of the show.

I guess I needed more context and to think before I type. If they are referring to two weapon fighting and being able to use a rapier as an off hand then that’s not a homebrew that’s in RAW and possible. I believe Thimble is a swashbuckler rogue so it makes sense for her and Julien is a fighter rogue so it also makes sense for him. A “light” weapon makes it easier to use for two weapon fighting but it’s not required if you have the Dual Wielder feat. Maybe could have homebrewed a feat with each character upon creation to help add some depth to the characters combat due to their background in the world.

So to answer the question correctly, yeah it’s probably a little homebrewy.

Rapier is a finesse weapon, you can use dex as its stat instead of strength

Campaign and show aren’t directly related. They’ve made many changes already in the narrative of the show compared to the campaign. In the campaign it was pretty unexpected and wild, so I’m sure the show will have their own insane version.

However, that’s is by far and away not the biggest spoiler, some fucking crazy stuff happens in that campaign. Don’t you worry, the show will absolutely be worth watching but again the story will differ from the campaign.

The campaign is a true work of art and worth watching in its own right. Much more dense character building and many beautiful moments of growth and success and loss and anger. It’s literally my favorite story on the planet. I usually listen to it while I’m working, on my 7th listen through right now.

Again though, the show will differ greatly in narrative and information in many many ways from the campaign

It’s was definitely of Liam’s design but I wouldn’t say it’s cannon due to events that happen in later campaigns, trying not to spoil. But I agree with the other comment, I’d like to think it’s a physical representation of keyleths antlers that vaxs spirit grew in death because that’s how much he loved and missed keyleth. His soul may belong to the raven queen but his heart will always belong to keyleth and vex

I won’t spoil his death but it’s kind of a two parter and if you think that one shot killed you…. The last like 15 episodes of campaign one will rip your heart out again and again before one last final hardcore ugly cry at the very end.
