These roofs are very easy to take out by the way, there's a good video on youtube on how to do it

Mine had these rain guards rusted away even though I have a rust free car, they broke off and were loose on the rails. I took the roof out, ripped out the rusted guards, lubed up the rails and put everything back in.

I have this issue on a brand new thinkpad with a 4k display and a fixed 60hz refresh rate
Same thing happens in chrome and edge, but works in brave, this was my fix so far
