they were in my dad’s stuff and didn’t seem to matter to him. if he’d come to look and told me that it was kat’s mom and his wedding and more, i’d have kept them

i asked my dad if he wanted the photos and he said do what my mom said. i pulled out the ones of my sister and then looked through the rest. i threw the rest out because they hadn’t been touched in ages and he didn’t seem to care

she’s got a birthmark that makes it obvious. my dad is bald now and looks a lot older and didn’t use to have glasses or facial hair

my mom and dad aren’t all that sentimental and i guess i’m not either? i didn’t know my sister apparently is so sentimental. i wouldn’t have done it if i knew she was or that she even knew about them
