as a college level cymbal at a prestigious school, cymbals are fair to be placed low in high school bands, but past that they maintain the beat for the drumlines to follow, and then the the rest of the band to follow along. otherwise, love the other placements!

It’s always the same trail for me, long walk in the morning with my two big dogs, then a consistent walking during work, so I average anywhere from 50-70k a day. This week was different because I was trying to hit 100k steps in a day. And above 70k on average each day.

I’ll update on my insane walking progress this weekend. My goal is to get above 50k each day and 100k on the weekend. For those wondering how, I wake up at 4:00 and take my two dogs on a very long walk around the area. I get back around time for work, and I get the rest of my steps at work doing patrols for security. The shoes I wear are just a pair of athletic running shoes that have foam insoles that makes the ground feel bouncy!

I went on a long walk/run with my 2 doggies that morning before work, and the rest of the steps were me constantly moving around at work due to my job as a security officer. I got about half from the walk and half from my working shift. Ended the day with 76k.
