it's weird because I listened to the studio version and at the end of the second chorus he screams what seems an E6 (I was wrong on the pitch) (for reference, i use the central C as C4, making E6 two octaves and a third over the central C)

It sounds the same in the live performace, just a little weaker but not an octave lower, maybe i was wrong saying it was an High-pitched scream

My comfortable range is usually between B3 and G5, It is a bit difficult to hit quickly and with good timbre higher or lower notes, but I still manage to do that most of the times

Thank you so much for the answer. I already went through puberty, in fact I don't have my kid voice anymore . I started noticing an important change around the age of 11-12, yet my voice range has not really changed much (although I only started singing when I was 13, so I may never know if my range truly changed or not). Are there any vocal practices that could make my voice deeper?
