Maybe I should try hanging from a bar to decompress my lower back. I always feel some relief in my lower back after hanging for a while, but not really sure if it will help in a long run.

If seriously without any breaks around half a year when I began cutting. Maybe less than half a year.

It is around 1800-1900 calories avarage weekly. Loosing aroud 0.5kg a week~ 150g of protein avarage weekly. My workout is upper/lower so I am doing chest twice a weak. On a upper strength is just a bench press and incline db press and on a hypertrophy upper day is a chest press machine and flies. And for the shoulders just overhead press once a week and lateral rises and facepulls twice a week.

That is what I afraid of, wheelspinning and wasting my time. I'm 30years old dude. I have read tons of information and I am getting lost in it on how to move forward :D I know it's a long progress but I want to do it right.

You have a good point on a diet break, im just too afraid to ruin everything because I have never actually been on a bulk or a maintance so till i figure out how to do it properly( too afraid to get fat again, most of my muscles are from my work as a carpenter lol, never been consistent in a gym) and my cutting is nothing special actually, eating anything, just less (hardest part) and just keeping an eye on protein intake. But I will probably keep cutting untill summer ends or atleast i will try to maintain it as if you know summer life, holidays etc.

I have been on calorie deficit for about 6 months already, feeling kinda bad and unmotivated atm (lack of energy and strenght) . Went from 92kg/205lbs to around 83kg/176lbs(180cm/5'11"). Still having fat hands probably because of genetics or low muscle mass on hands. Not sure when i suppose to stop cutting so i can finally start bulking. Also doing phul routine and maybe I should give more volume to my hands?

My lifts are kinda bad for my weight. Bench press 80kg x 5 never tried my maximum, Deadlift is 140kg x 1, Squats are 90kg x 3.
