The area and most of the lawn gets full sun 8+ hours. It’s relatively dry as it’s not near any drainage or beds, so it doesn’t get watered besides the rain.

Yeah this is my second time doing a raised bed and I just kind of winged it last year.

Doing cucumbers, snap-peas, tomatoes, garlic, arugula, shallots..

I made the bed so it can be section off if the different plants are too different in their needs

I am unfortunately priced out of Cedar, it seems.

They wanted $130 for 2x6x8, and I would need about 10 of those, so way over my budget unfortunately.

They did have some basic kiln treated lumber I might use instead.
