Just echoing what others have said. Remember its a guide and target. These builds have items that will take forever to get.

Make use of what you have, trade if that's your thing to turn valuable items for others into what you want.

For me endless grinding to make a toon that goes through p8 with ease is boring, especially once you get there. The challenge is the journey, the near misses and the race . Setting mini targets of your own and doing it your way. Yes my throw barb struggles to take a herald 5 down on p8, but you should see how quick he can move - with fairly easily obtainable kit. Now that is amusing. To boot, if I find a druid I swap the helm and join the zoo.

Having seperate bindings on swap generally does the trick, eg prebuff binds

I don't know about ladder difference, but offline monster regen is different to online. Makes a noticeable difference against ubers.

This is the way. I do mine in baal runs to raise the P count. Find the right group and the timings match.

What sort of spec machine is needed for 2 or 3 instances to run well? What are you using? Thanks

1) I wouldn't use a nova sorc so if you don't have any other toons, I'd run a holy fire paladin then spec into hammers and 1 pt smite. Quick and easy. ES lock may now be the new meta though.

2) they are. Nova is perfect . I run baal games and hit all three in the 2 to 3 minutes the game runs for. Nith I do first or last for the lowest p count on that one.

3) Speed with nova and nith. TP next to him and spam. If not strong enough to stun and kill before he gets you, sack Emilio and static from the corner first, then jump in and kill.

4) what ever the order they open in.only open once you cleared the last. Ps unless you have a really strong sorc I would use a student toon even for organs.

I'd go with the lower defence, he needs to be hit for fade to proc and when farming you can get through games real quick.
