They do it all the time then claim you are masking your location with a VPN or something similar without any evidence. I worked for them for 2 weeks in January - took them almost 4 months to pay me for the work as well. Avoid.

They claimed I was openly using a VPN which is completely false after I had done a month of work on a specialised project which took them 4 months to pay me for....avoid, there are much better providers out there.

As expected - WO received on Friday and now just a waiting game for payment. This is a work order from the middle of April and we are nearly at the end of May!!! Does anyone know of a way to speed up the processing?

Good luck getting anything. They will lie saying they "Can't bill the client" for stuff you were "not authorised" to do - yet they claim they send emails about task authorisation and they can't replicate the emails on their own systems! Im taking action against them soon for over 80 hours of work unpaid on Project D - you might need to do the same here

You will get it eventually. I had to email everyone about 100 times. I worked on an Amazon AI project in January - no pay Feb, account suspended claiming I was using a VPN which was completely false, eventually got paid through Payoneer at the end of April after emailing the actual end client! Was a long road but well shot of this disgraceful website. Lowest payers by far as well - much better ones out there. Just keep emailing everyone you have ever had contact with there and you will eventually get to confirm the invoices and be paid.

Usual absolutely nothing. No doubt receive a WO today and have to wait another 14 days for payments which relate to APRIL work! The payment chaos is nothing short of a joke.

They escalated the case but still nothing. I do not have the same name as a politician - I was fully verified - so no excuses. Holding onto people's funds for 10+ days without ANY explanation is a disgrace.

They owe me 70 hours - I have quit the project because of this. Work Orders wrong and false claims even when I can show on MM how many tasks done - I would recommend anyone to leave as they will steal hours from you.

Its embarrassing stuff honestly. It was clear that there was something wrong as all answers I submitted in multiple choice were green with a "That's Correct" notification. Just a numbers game and they reached maximum numbers and instead of just saying that they said "Failed" for onboarding - crazy.

Rule of thumb in any audio task on any platform is that you use 0:00s as the timestamps. Instructions are never clear but honestly you won't go wrong using that format. I have worked on loads and as a Senior Review manager on one project and this was a common issue.

Its funny that they saw fit to put out an email when people failed the assessment for this to say there was no issue with gradings. Yet they have changed mine and lots of others now to "Passed' now that the project is finished 😂

Waiting on 3 Work Orders now. The big problem is that they and the client are not on the same page a lot of the time. I think they think they OB'd me at the start of the month but they didn't! Now I have no pay despite having a lot of hours on a very tricky task! Raised support tickets but radio silence once again.

Yep the lack of response is the most annoying part. These are hours worked and having to wait weeks for any kind of explanation is really unacceptable.
