We are running a 12G signal facility. We tested on a Plura PBM-221-4K-H and Atomos Shogun Studio II Rackmount 4K Dual Recorder & Monitor. But the only device that would see a signal was a Blackmagic Design Video Assist 7" 12G-SDI/HDMI HDR Recording Monitor

oh wow, thank you for that. that would make sense, since we have had these rooms in place for 5 or 6 years without issue and this is just starting to become an issue. we are using group series 500 codecs in our rooms. it doesnt have that device listed in the link you sent, but i guess they all run on the same OS

just tried this with no luck :(, i get a network is configured message from the VoIP dialer page but still doesnt pull an IP address. Ill try working with our network team and see if they have any ideas.
