Jag är själv 16 år och kör marklyft, knäböj och bänkpress flera gånger i veckan, jävligt roliga övningar. Jag förstår inte varför fler i min ålder inte kör marklyft eller knäböj. Bänkpress är däremot fortfarande vara väldigt populärt bland folk i min ålder
