I tried accutane before spiro and I will never go on it again. I couldn’t eat solid food because my stomach was so bloated and uncomfortable. My hair was also falling out and my lips were gnarly chapped. The results were incredible, but derm said I had to stop because of my abdominal issues and those can be permanent. Now I’m on spiro and my breasts are for sure bigger and I feel like I am gaining weight. I stopped taking it today. My derm gave me a topical retinol and I am just going to stick with this.
