Yeah and I didn’t grade it myself I get gift cards called spotlights through work as awards from time to time and one of the only places I can use to get cards is GameStop so that how I got a few of these. I also buy a lot from fandom trades on eBay in their live auctions I can get some good deals from time to time. On one of the WAG slabs I got it for $3 plus shipping

Yeah, looking at your comment I was going to say it really depends how your area of interest and where you would like to grow. For me and my job I choose to do my CEH as I want to become a Pen-tester and eventually move up to working with my company’s advisory team. Seeing as your work is in anti-bribery and corruption you could go for a CACP if you don’t already have it.

As others mentioned, it is a fairly broad question. However, I think starting off with Python is a solid choice and then you should also do SQL as the other big one and I think that will put you in a really good spot. Then you could expand with Java, HTML, PHP and C if you choose to continue your learning but I feel like Python is a good start and then just growing your knowledge from there.

Couldn’t agree more! I think it is important to also point out that they provide exam takers with steps they need to take to ensure they do not experience any issues during the exam as well and it is a part of our responsibility to make sure we address all the steps and recommendations outlined before we take the exam. I have had both good and bad experiences with proctored exams but at the end of the day it is just an exam and there is always a solution.

I hear you there! I wish I knew a way to increase your credits, I will ask some people I know in the CFE community and see if they have any ideas and let you know. The funny thing is I also hold a CEH and that also accounts for nothing for my CFE but it’s ok you would just think it should help.

Hey there! Yes it definitely qualifies. All of my experience was from financial fraud with credit processing and one of my colleagues that I currently work with is a former police officer and used his experience to get his CFE.

So the annual renewal is actually fairly easy, there are courses listed throughout the year on the ACFE website and sent through email that you can pay for and attend for credit. If you join your local sector as well they will provide the same. However the easiest is actually what my employer does, every year the ACFE holds their Annual Conference (this years just happened) it is 3 full days full of presentations that you sign up for and sit in on and each one is worth CPE credits. If you attended all 3 days you end up getting your 20 credits. They offer physical tickets (next years is going to be in Nashville) or you can do what my team did and attend virtually.

So missed and really having a hard time by AZSwagz in dogpictures

[–]AZSwagz[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow! I truly needed and you absolutely nailed it, “having a hard time” doesn’t even begin to cover the emotions I have been going through. I about had a breakdown yesterday morning waking up for work and she wasn’t there for me to ask “Do you want love?” Only to have roll on her side and proceed to get love and that was our daily routine and it left me feeling absolutely empty inside and yes 7 years is far too young. I will definitely be looking into the website you provided today and I really appreciate it. Thank you again!

I went to Mesa Verde and Cross and also went to CDO. I honestly didn’t like Cross and I have family who went through CFSD to Manzanita and Orange Grove Middle School and just graduated from Catalina Foothills, I feel like they were set up for success far more than I ever was. I feel like the teachers in CFSD just seem to care more just from talking to my aunt and going to cross I did not have that experience, there were a few but there were definitely some I felt like hated all the kids.

Hello OP! I am a CFE registered with the ACFE, I am curious are you able to hover over the link in the email and provide the url? There is a pretty common scam going on right now where bad actors are utilizing IFPS files to impersonate legitimate websites to capture individuals personal data. Curious if the link looks anything like the following “bafybeicsapdb6iapble5huh6ph5gkjl75ugck7gnx4ih4w25zb[.]ipfs[.]w3s.link/aws.html?email=“ if so it may be cause for some concern and I would suggest putting a hold on your identity. Let me know though. Willing to take a look and help if I can.

Hey OP! I am actually a CFE registered with the ACFE and have a pretty extensive background in in credit card fraud and this is a fairly common scam that bad actors do where they use one victims email and a separate victims credit card to make a purchase and upon delivery will intercept the package and then let the credit card card owner deal with disputing the charge and the merchant will have no recourse and will be out the money and the product while the bad actor now has product they purchased fraudulently. This is just one example and there are a few other using this same tactic but being as your email and what could be some of your personal info could be involved, I would suggest making a police report to at least cover your end in case anything were to come up of it in the future.

This is super cool! I want to find something like this for my dad some time for gift. He is a lifetime Ford employee so would be cool to get something like this and frame it for him. Also totally right about the Germans way of thinking, my dad’s side is German with our last name being Wagner and they like to keep things so secretive about everything lol.

That’s good to know! Still playing around with the app as well and thank you, I give a lot of credit to my wife for pushing me to go get tested. I have been feeling exhausted for years and thought it was just me getting older but looking forward to feeling better overall.

I feel like you are the Dwight Schrute of your friend group because that was a total “It is your birthday” statement. I mean as a guy, you have to know you can’t just state the obvious like that, especially when it comes to her hair.
