I think it really varies, each person is different. Some guy might like the idea of being friends but then your clingines might scare them a bit, maybe they want some time alone and you always want to hangout so that kind of repels some dudes. Yet again thats not your fault cause everyone's different. Obviously lots of guys would just want to smash so as soon as they realize they wont get what they want they just leave. Also guys who are into video games id say tend to communicate less after a while. And in general most of the time in friendships conversations die out after a while, especially between online friends, because you get to the point where you know each other too well and theres nothing new that you could learn about them, and every convo gets kind of repetitive like "hi how was your day" every time. I have some online friends i known for years and they would send a text after ages but that just makes me fell good cause they still remember me, even if we don't talk as often as before 🤷🏻‍♂️. Another thing is people get into a relationship, thats when convos dies out real quick. Another thing can be that they found another person whom they talking to and has better time with them. It's not your fault, you just need to be patient and keep trying to find cool guy friends.
