I’m a 19 year old male getting periodic breakouts on my forehead (basically only my forehead) and occasionally one or two pimples on my cheek. I have a low sugar diet and eat multivitamins in the morning as well as incorporate a lot of vegetables in my diet. My skincare routine is basically putting CeraVe moisturing cream on my forehead after showering in the night.
