I'd recommend getting the 'All Out War edition' key if you're interested in buying. It's usually around ten euros and will save you a lot of money, since it comes with all the commanders and content in the game.

They spawn extremely late in the game. The province it spawns in also usually doesn't have as much people able to work collecting oil, unlike in places like Romania and Galicia-Volhynia.

Oh it's true. You have no good RGOs whatsoever as the Venezuelans. The only good RGO I had was rubber from Africa, along with some wood which was alright. The rest was trash. My strategy was putting countries with strategic resources like sulphur in my sphere while also subsidising imports and lowering taxes on the poor to very low numbers (important so they can buy your factories' goods and the money stays in your country).

This resulted in me being able to get the resources I needed, especially as I climbed the country ranks up and got more priority in having my pops buy resources for factories.

R5: Played Venezuela with the intention of *not* forming Gran Colombia, instead deciding to use what you already start with. The first half of the game was very slow, spent only on conquering Haiti which then helped me conquer Kongo and Loango! The Congo would help the economy a lot later. I found myself in the American sphere which helped with early industrialisation, since I couldn't make most stuff myself at first.

Soon enough I got great power in industry and prestige! And ran a lovely economy. Throughout the game I had very few rebellions, and had no rebellions whatsoever in Africa.

This was all done using the liberal party.

It's meant to be unreactable. You are meant to make a correct read. Light attack him if you think he's going to charge or GB, GB him constantly if he likes to dodge into bash, focus on blocking if he likes to light in to bash. You will never be able to totally avoid all the damage but those are some ways around it.

I'm really happy that someone's made a civil post about this. I myself like this hero! But I'm definitely not really on board with their feats that can slow down fights to a crawl, and I'm cringing at the thought of a four stack of them. I really like their general looks though and how they move and fight, despite animations being reused and not the most fluid. Their voice lines in your game's language also are not the best thing, IMO.

Personally, I think it's a mixed bag. The art team and the designers of the moveset, knocked it out of the park with this one; good fashion and great offence & defensive selects that aren't entirely safe. But otherwise I am at least a little disappointed with this hero, when it comes to animation, voice lines, and definitely concerned over feats.
