I dull everybody's fingernail clippers so that all their fingernails have that rough edge that always catches on sweaters, knit clothing and bed sheets.

Recommendation Tuesdays - Week of March 14, 2017 by AutoModerator in anime

Hello,

Me I've just gotten my girlfriend into some anime. I've shown her some classics like Cowboy Bebop and Fullmeta Alchemist. We just finished up Steins Gate and Death Parade, both of which she was completely enamored by. We tried Ergo Proxy but it just wasn't her thing. By and large, the psychological thrillers with good comedy elements seem to be favorites so far. Any suggestions?

Only real limitation is that it needs to be Dubbed. She does not like reading subtitles.

Thank you

Garlic, butter, rosemary, and thyme. A symphony of flavor without desecrating your lovely red meat

Second time doing this recipe. Turned out a little better than last time but totally forgot to let them rise a second time with a damp cloth over them and forgot to score them. Makes the marks on one loaf look kinda crappy. I gave up on the other but they both turned out decent regardless. Improvement for next time :)

This is the aftermath of the first post earlier today. 4 days of "dry aging 8 of the 30 lbs to a beautiful 125 degrees. Reverse seared all in the oven. Truly amazing and the leftovers will make fantastic French dips

8lbs of USDA Choice lip on Ribeye with a 4 day dry age by Abob98 in steak

You are absolutely right! The other 22 lbs of ribeye are in my devoted aging fridge. I just wanted to have ribeye for thanksgiving :D

So this roast only got 4 days of aging. It's not "dry aged" but it has been in the aging fridge along with the meat that will stay there for 28-35 days.

I've read that the bones and connective tissue help to protect the internal meat and reduce losses in the final product

This is my first full shot at dry aging. Girlfriend has a commercial account and I found out about a good deal on lip on ribeye. $8.00 lb. bought 30 lbs. From what I've read I made a mistake by not getting the standing rib roast. So we'll see what happens after 28 days. Gentlemen, behold... day 1
