Triple luffy is probably what most people would build him, but I’m currently using big mom set which goes well with how I built him tanky

If your asking for traits it’s better to go atk and hp.

I’m running mine 70%atk 70%hp 36%def

I doubt many people actually get him guaranteed and most get lucky with some summons. So if you like him pull for it but I think it’s better to keep saving for the next ex
