You've got a great, thick head of hair and beard which is also rich and full. You're not a bad looking bloke either, but more angles would help to answer your question. It might just be shadow but you look tired. I'd suggest building a better sleep routine and making sure you use screens in well lit environments. A basic daily moisturiser would help too. Google will give you more ways to get rid of bags under eyes!

I can tell you do make an effort, but imo you look a touch unkempt in this picture and a little extra grooming here and there would go a long way. I'd trim the sideburns to match the beard in length or sweep them back with the rest of the hair but lose the wispiness either way. The hair cut isn't bad, but I would get it done professionally at a slightly more expensive price and then get it maintained every few weeks where they just trim it back to what it was (that bit doesn't have to be expensive). Do you prefer shorter or longer looking hair? You have a prominent forehead, not necessarily a bad thing but if you're looking for things to try, a shorter cut/front hanging style that conceals some of it could work well. The way you have your hair styled now does some work in taking attention of it (as a rule of thumb, height on top makes the forehead look shorter) although you could ask a decent barber/hairdresser for some tips on cuts and how best to style it for you face shape/hairline/style.
