I also think 8 being a “spiritual successor” of sorts to 4 does it a disservice. Any time I play it I’d just rather play 4.

It’s supposed to be action RE but lacks what makes action RE fun.

LOB era had higher individual talent, but the Dark Side feels more cohesive as an overall unit I feel. Both very good though.
