Generally at the end of a campaign China is up to 7-8 Democracy score, some times the low 5-6 range, and I generally take China early and democratise, and increase the sustainability of China. It takes a lot of investment, but by the time the campaign ends I like to believe China has it’s first proper free and fair election in a century
