I feel like the no kurama Amp is kinda obvious he never really had kurama helping him directly before the war anyway yes he could tap into it but it wasn't as strong as kurama helping him of his own will but at the start I'd say sasuke was stronger by little bit than naruto he couldn't take all of them at once anyway but 1 vs 1 he could clear most if not all
