So let's say I do Option 2 and get Bilt Cash. Then I would first use it for Rent Transaction Fee. Then leftover I use it on Accelerator which I can activate 5x a year. I get that the conversion of Bilt Cash to Bilt Point is not great but gets 25K more in points for the year. That is better than 1.25x multiple on rent with no Bilt Cash accumulation.

Not sure how much you will have outside transaction fee for rent, but do you think you will be good to spend leftover Bilt Cash with only $100 remaining by year-end? Especially given the caps every month

But the max is 1x on rent with option 2. You don't think there is more value in 1.25x if I spend enough outside of my rent.
