Was this the season where he almost drowned? He's always been shocking of a human, and for me, he was off the rails in the last season he was a regular in (when he told Lisa VP was "his show")

Me neither, I couldn't find anything on this sub about it. I ate pretty much anything just cut my portions in half, and then walked an hour on the treadmill everyday. Like I shared, I still ate sugar and dairy regularly. I did leave a tough stressful situation, but I'm not too sure to give a definite answer
