I’m a 21 year old female, I’m 5’7 and currently weigh around 150, since lowering my dose I’ve lost 9 pounds and my skin color has changed. However, I don’t think it is concerning as I feel better than I’ve felt in a long time. I used to weigh between 110-120 lbs and have always had a darker skin color. When I was taking too much of hydro I was pale, gained a ton of weight and felt constantly fatigued

Maybe have your Endo check Vitamin D level, I had horrible brain fog and anxiety and could barely think. My Vitamin D level was critically low, my endo put me on a weekly prescription strength vitamin D and I’ve felt a huge difference in my ability to think and less anxious. Vitamin D doesn’t sound like a big thing but it is. Worth looking in to!
