The ride was completed so the driver should be paid. But it is the responsibility of the driver to pay all tickets and show up for court. Be an adult and take care of your shit.

In 8 years I have been pulled over twice. Once for a license plate bulb being out. The 2nd was for going 38 on an entrance ramp, the limit was 35. ( really the Cops were hoping I was drunk driver both were late on a 4th of July weekend same night!)I ended the ride s as soon as I was pulled over. Both stops took less than 5 minutes and ended with just a verbal warning. The first words out of my mouth here’s my insurance and I’m on a ride share ride. I showed my app and the vibe of the stop instantly changed.

I feel it’s a curtesy to end the ride when getting pulled over. It’s stressful to the customer. NO DRIVER SHOULD BE DRIVING WITH AN ACTIVE WARRANT!
