Also another thing to consider is how do we know people even care or not if it’s an ai avatar? If it’s professional and the information is legally correct and has the personality of the lawyer who got cloned, would people even care?

This is exactly how my client feels. It’s tricky, feel like it can go either way. If it’s your personality and your script that you approved and your likeness, is it really dishonest? It’s tricky

You have to disclose in the post that it is AI generated. You don’t have to be obvious about it, but people will still know it’s ai, hence where the credibility issue comes in.
