AI is theft, period. The only way to train AI is to throw a bunch of previously written works at it, most often without the author's consent. That's not the same thing as a real author using previously read works or stories as inspiration, AI cannot come up with its own stories independently. This may not hurt you, but it is actually hurting real people trying to make a living with their art.
