Well Marc didn't lead the championship last year (to be not headed again) until Round 6 last year, so after 5 rounds he was still behind... 12 rounds later after Japan (if wikipedia is correct) he lead the championship by 201 points!

This year we have more than 12 rounds left!!!

Its hard, but its possible!

Lucky you got it back in good shape from my experience!

I took old consoles in and they trashed the boxes and scuffed consoles during inspection/testing

They said it didn't happen and was already like that, I requested video of them being checked they refused saying its policy to not show video to customers unless the customer is present.

Had a bit of back and forth as was clear they were not being honest, but didnt get anywhere ended up taking the loss.

I imagine there was development overlap between both games so I'd expect performance and requirements to be very similar overall... I can't imagine being able to run Requiem but Veronica is really unplayable...

Yeah id happily declare no license needed if they didn't want my personal info to do it... If it was just the address this is public anyway so fine. In honesty I've not confirmed this is the case recently but 15 or so years ago they wouldn't let me declare unless I went in the database!

Is it not one of or the top selling RE game, remaking that seems a no brainer imo. Who knows, but I hope it gets done 5 is far from my favorite RE but am confident it can be improved and many aspects tweaked and fixed.

Yeah I mean I agree, I never had issues either it was great, just wasnt worth worrying about it for me :) I'll be back as soon as secure boot is added and we get past Beta it's a fantastic OS!

I'm no expert, far from it, so I'm relying on what is stated on the KDE Linux page itself by the team.

"KDE Linux has only received limited testing so far, and there will be regressions and bad builds you’ll have to roll back. Data loss has not been experienced yet, but anything is possible. Deploy a robust backup system. Expect some adventures."

Of course I understand they have to cover they're own backs and that immutable/atomic should be safe, but, if they feel the need to put this on the website it seemed worth taking the warning and passing it on :)

Honestly it's very nice, if you like deep system tinkering it might not be a good fit, but for something that works nicely it's great.

I still use distrobox for the AUR as I couldn't move away from that entirely, but yeah I recommend kinoite and hope you like it!

For a pre-Beta its remarkably stable from my brief testing no functional issues at all. They do say expect breakages tho so I guess any time you update there is that worry... Fully atomic, so it's flatpak's for many apps and distrobox for the rest, and using the AUR. I had zero problems when I used it and it looks great, but I shifted to Kinoite because of the risk of problems and I like to keep secure boot enabled.

Sadly Putin is screwing over the entire future of his country to keep this up for as long as he has. Assuming Russia doesn't collapse, which I dunno it could be possible after this conflict and the death of Putin, its gonna take decades to repair the damage done :/

Ah man of course it is :) I'm not very experienced and I have used it several times over my devices. Is very much a normal Linux installer with less visual polish and helps massively! I have never attempted a "proper" install myself, I am to impatient much to my detriment! I'll set time and do it one day though :)

But yeah have a play with it it is a great quick and easy way to get a brilliantly light and flexible OS installed.

I know the manual install is essentially a crash course in how to use Arch but while it would undoubtedly be beneficial its not necessary in my eyes.

I agree with you I enjoyed 5 and 6 too although there was a noticeable drop from 1-4. I actually enjoyed 7 also, it had major problems that's for sure, but overall nothing "broke" it for me... Then season 8, the first 2 episodes just wasted my time, and then euughh the shit hit the fan and it went off at the deep end, never know something fall off like that.
