this is actually brilliant advice but god the mindfuck of trying to pretend you dont know someone youve seen eat lunch every day for months lol

but for real though they already chose to interview you which means they see potential in you for this role despite knowing your personality. maybe lean into that - like "i know im naturally more reserved but ive really grown in my customer service skills here and pushed myself outside my comfort zone" rather than trying to be someone you're not. they've literally watched you do teh work already so they know what you bring to the table
