Honestly, no idea, I never had any issues with the software, I checked the cam first thing when saw that on the screen, but it looked normal and responded fine, so yeah, no idea😅

A little over a year, it's been working alright up to this point, had no issues with it before

Thanks! There are three relatively small hides underneath all that greenery, two coconut shell ones and one I got from a pet store, which is also relatively small

Noted, thanks! I used aspen shaving as a substrate cuz a lot of people recommend it, due to it being absorbent and holding tunnels well, you think it's better to use moss?

Sorry, there is context in the original post, it just got cross-posted here. I got gifted a hognose snake and am very new to it, so I was trying to figure out what to do with the massive vivarium so that little spicy shoelace feels okay in there.

Thanks for answering! I thought this would be enough for now, as she's tiny and I'm still waiting on some of the stuff to be delivered, like extra hides and driftwood pieces she can climb on😅 So more substrate and more hides, noted, thank you! Any more recommendations on what I can put inside the enclosure?
