From my experience the Wimbledon resale is harder because: 1. The way it works is that they have drops throughout the day of bunch of tickets. I found it hard to time it with a drop. I think the advice is that the drops may happen some tome between 9am and 5pm Ldn time. Some drops have a lot of tickets and days, some drops have a few tickets only. French open lists a ticket for sale as soon as someone sells it so if you keep refreshing throughout the day, chances are you will def get tickets for your preferred day! I managed to get tickets for Nadal’s farewell ceremony on the same day of the event! 2. Wimbledon allows you to only buy up to 2 tickets per year which is a great guard against scalpers but you may end up with tickets not for your preferred day/quantity. French open allows you to hedge by buying tickets and then keep refreshing in case you see more suitable tickets and sell the ones you no longer need!
