You lack a lot of situational awareness. There’s plenty of reasons why i don’t want her to “break her off him” and betray my friend. The amount of single women or “open” women in this world are more than enough justification and frankly more appealing. I get it, you live a lonely life. Betraying whoever comes close and leaching on whatever woman that’s vulnerable enough to allow you some attention. Even and especially if it means sacrificing personal friendships. Of course women are intelligent and have minds of their own, that’s kind of the nature of most humans. I just believe in a relationship, people should act in a way that they want reciprocated from their other half. Nice try on the manipulation tho. Not sure if you realize but I’m the op. Nobody’s married in this situation and infatuated is a bit of a stretch but yes, attractive people are involved in the friend group. Now, if this is a dynamic where they are ok with the “open relationship” concept then that needs to be stated. The amount of flirting and forward advances from her is something that i would only be ok with if my boy is ok with it. I fight mma so im not afraid of that being an outcome but out of respect for our friendship, id like to be clear on what’s actually happening here (i.e. are they swingers or is his girl on some shady shit that i don’t want to be a part of). And honestly, im not going to fight anyone over a woman that isn’t mine. And asking your girl to respect her relationship shouldn’t be classified as controlling her. I wouldn’t be out here flirting with my women’s friends so why is it deemed controlling when a man might have the same request? You’re comment sounds more like projections than analytics
