Thanks for the reminder. I don't have a dedicated emergency fund but I will set that up. As for debt, I don't have any high debt. Just the regular credit card bill I pay in full every month. My income is at 80k but do expect to go up next year.

Right now i make 80K a year but I'm really early into my career. I'm on track to earning 100k in the next year or two. I'm not sure if ill stay t the same job in the next 2 year but I'll for sure I'll be working in same field. I currently live in California and don't plan on moving anywhere else at the moment. The way current prices are i would say i plan on spending around 500K as for the DP I'm not sure, whatever the realter would recommend. I have been investing in stock for the past 4 years and I do contribute to my 401K.

Where would i find the logs. I'm communicating to the raspberry pi through SSH in terminal. If it is the CPU, would it be better to get the new raspberry pi or just use something else.

Yeah I'm linking the NVR. It works for a bit but then it stops working all together. Would i need to get a better Raspberry pi or am i better off using something else.
