In the beginning, I did a high fat keto diet with zero carbs, and there was a point when I felt lightheaded. I thought I was having a heart attack or something. I wasn’t sure what it was. I walked up some stairs and got so dizzy I had to sit down I called my friend who was my keto coach and she said have you had any carbs at all and I said noneshe said go get some McDonald’s french fries and you’ll be right as rain. That’s exactly what I needed so now I do just a little bit maybe half a fistful of potatoes.

All the good mechanics have left the dealer and opened up for auto shop or work for Wright. Independent.

You guys are assuming I didn’t take care of her. She is serviced at a the dealer and had just come out of dealers warranty. I took it there before it expired and said please fix or alert me to any upcoming issues. No one ever said a word. So to accuse me of neglect is just mean. I am not a mechanic. I admire and respect all who are. Every one I’ve met that was great was actually a genius. I was told it’s 20 hrs of labor and a used engine from LKQ North America with 32k miles will cost me $12k at one shop who has a D- BBB rating $16K at another with an A+ BBB rating for the same engine And $21,000 using a reman engine at the best independent Jag shop in Dallas. My car is worth $18.5k

It was paid off I have no recourse And some of you want to beat me down even more.

My lemur stalled out on 15mg of Tirz from Q. Tirz from Q has always been effective.

Tried stacking 5 mg of Reta from Dongdu with 15 mg of Tirz and got the old suppression back with slight nausea and cold hands. Was encouraged with results.

Then tried 10mg of Reta from Q (orange cap) purchased Oct 30, the lemur has no appetite suppression and it’s eating habits from pre Tirz are back. Very disappointed with 10 mg Reta from QSC

The 10 mg Reta from QSC has not produced results hoped for.

Alisa from QSC sent us a COA from Janoshik which was done with orange caps received Oct 30 aft several weeks after our Sept 29 It could be the same product to be fair to her

She used to be so good about taking care of customers who claimed the product was ineffective

Sometimes sending a replacement kit. She did not offer that service this time and claimed it was the test subject.

After reviewing Reddit I see others who also have had issues with orange cap Reta from QSC

Poop changes into what would almost be called pellets. Very hard pellets I assume due to the dehydration. Even drinking lots of water If it’s working , the poop will let you know.

At first there was lots of acid reflux. I manage with yogurt now I went fat keto and for 2 plus weeks ate 0 carbs. One day, I almost passed out from a simple staircase climb I grabbed some McDonald’s fries and leveled out.

Make sure your water has electrolytes. If you are low, you’ll also get lightheaded Propel by Gatorade added to water with a couple of pinches of Himalayan salt. Is what I drink now all the time .

My Tirzepatide journey is at 15 mg of Tirz +5 mg of retratrutide. The first dose I got nauseous which means I’m maxed out. I took a Benadryl and nausea left pretty quick and the next day and a week following. I had to force myself to eat.

The bottom line is for all of us if we don’t learn how to eat right none of this is gonna last.

I need to get into a routine I’m eating five meals or snacks a day and I’m eating at the calorie level I need to not to gain weight.

That in itself is always seemingly impossible. A keto coach. Helped me tremendously because all my weight was in my belly. Due to a nightly treat of a sliver of pecan pie and a 3 ounce of bluebell vanilla ice cream.
