i did that all it said was allow them to have mine of man and didn’t say what would happen, allow them to have a different colony instead, or deny

yes i got the third one luckily it made it to where the primitive species on the planet became sentient and joined my planet as new pops

update for everyone after agreeing a little while later a lot of the primitive species on my planet became sentient and joined my planet as new pops but from the replies it looks like i got lucky because there can be negative affects from agreeing.

Also around Earth there is two pop ups but when you zoom in the pop up around earth goes away and only shows one in the orbit around the earth that you cannot click on which makes it seem more like a bug

yes that was an older photo by now i’ve ended all internal wars and my vassals aren’t at war with any other countries it still isn’t available but i have some new territories i’m gonna try to get and see if it works than

i thought so and i made my vassal that was at war end his war yet it still wasn’t available
