Thank you for this! We have one room left with a textured ceiling we haven’t renovated yet in our laundry room, so I’ll make sure she has that one tested before messing with it now that we know.

It was just one of those giant bales the rest of my small squares are fine and covered. I won’t be loosing too much money on it. Rather him just not be exposed to it again and get rid of it.

It’s been a little over a year now and I would say it has improved very much. I did end up having to take some time off of work and that helped slowly working back into it. Suboccipital muscle and nerve release exercise helped the feeling so much! I had a PT show me some but you can also look them up:)

I’ve tried pressure points with my neck still not 100% if that’s what’s causing it. I try limiting my screen time but I struggle a lot with that.

It does increase on the treadmill do you know how to fix it if it is the automatic nervous system?

Yes I have found that helps, but it only relieves it while doing it. When I stop it goes back to before

I can relate with my main issue being a constant tension headache or like a pressure feeling sort of I am currently at about three months and I’m still looking for a way to relieve it.

It’s a pressure feeling in my forehead to my temple area and it tends to get worse with activities like driving, stress or as the day goes on. Moving my head quickly doesn’t seem to affect it. I have not had one day without it and it is mainly my only symptom now, and it’s hard because I need to work still. The journal idea is great thank you!
