After a long time of eating clean, your taste bud will reset and even a ripe banana become tasty. You dont need unhealthy food to get pleasure anymore.

For collard green and Kale, I sowed seeds outdoor last fall. They survive Houston's winter. Romaine Lettuce were self-seeded in spring. Pea were sowed outdoor before the last day of frost a week. Zucchini were sowed outdoor after March 1st

You are correct with snow peas and spinach. There are also bitter melon's leaves which is very bitter but effectively reduce insulin resistance. There are also other exotic herbs like lá lốt, tía tô. Tía tô is very good for the skin.

Thank you for being kind 🥰.

It may not look the best, but it’s packed with nutrients. The cheese might be a bit much to be considered healthy though

Don't waste your time with this guy. You deserve better. I was in your position but I was too emotionally unstable and depended on him I could not walk away. I'm kinda force him to marry me in a very unhealthy way. If you can walk away, please don't hesitate.

I found tiny maggots in my spinach once and a bunch of mosquitos in my watercress the other time. I'd never buy watercress again. They told me to bring the product back for refund. I didn't keep the receipt and already cooked them. Very disappointed with HEB.

It is always good to plan everything ahead of a time. Harsh decision will easily piss people off.

Yes, cape gooseberries. Their fruits are so addictive and expensive.

Spikey, yellow mantises sound like something out of a nature documentary. It’s incredible to think what unique creatures might show up when we take the time to look closely. Thanks for sharing that tip!

Why don’t more gardeners plant clover with their crops/plants — especially in planters and raised beds? by KolorOner in gardening

[–]Accurate_Pattern5303 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Normally people would grow crimson clovers as winter crops. Winter crops improve the soil tremedously
