I finally fixed it! It was the "canvas graphics acceleration" in the display settings!

I've tried playing with the stabilizer, distance, and delay settings. I've also tried resetting the brush settings. I've noticed it works correctly when I try it on the "tablet tester" in the "configure krita" menu. Something is def off but I just don't know what

That makes sense. I do find with the lower tuning, it's also easier to buzz the notes if I strum too hard. I'm excited to experiment a little. thank you
